3.don't put nailpaints , as they spoil ur nails!but if u still want to use them , then go for those nailpaints which r made naturally %26amp; not by using chemicals.

I haveheard tht if u rub lemon on your nauils and on the front where they grow from then they grow very fast my freind told em this and she says it RILLY works.

Don't wash dishes without gloves. Get acrylics...they are cool...last for about 10 days...good for special occasions.
You could buy fake ones. Which they came out with these really cool french tipped ones. They are cool because they don't even feel fake. They are kind of shorter nails but they look really good. Or you could just take the time and let your nails grow out.
IF YOU HAVE TIME: Let them grow naturally. But you will have to shape them every alternate day with a nail file .


IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME: Go to a parlour and ask for clip on finger nails. They are false ones!!
put un flavored gelatin in juice and drink it, soak hands in dish soap and water, push back cuticles with orange stick. shape with a file and wait. use the pads of ur fingers to do things like type ect. not tips of nails, try sally Hanson maximum growth polish.
if u bite them STOP!! u can get seriously ill but if u dont to stop them from breakin use a nail hardener it really works
