You can try a strengthening treatment like NailTek or Toughen Up they are professional products. the best thing to do is get regular manicures, eat healthy, use a good cuticle oil, and when you file your nails start from one side and go towards the center then file from the other side towards the middle instead of sawing back and forth.My finger nails are soft and they just keep breaking what should i do?
Go to the clinic and have some blood work done, may be low thyroid.
Drink a lot of milk, and eat foods that are rich in calcium. Maybe take some multivitamins too, if you're really worried about it.
Increase you calcium intake. Take calcium supplements,


Take 2 Solgar gelatin caps daily, and keep lotion on your nails so they don't get dry.


Use a nail product from QVC.com or hsn.com for extra help.
Also try vitamin E capsules.... helps for healthy hair and nails

prenatal vitamins are good for growing strong nails also get a manicure or do one yourself weekly massage vitamine e oil into them and paint them with sally hansen hard as nails
you should go to the nail shop to see what they can do about it trust me girl they work miracles
Put a clear coat of nail polish every other day. that will keep them shiny and firm. You can also get a manicure, and have them put a thin layer of acrylic on your nails. that keeps them nice
mine are soft too if i keep them short they don't break but i like them longer so........
