Regardless of the grime/dirt under the nails, there are three things that help. A small ';pick'; that is specially made for removing dirt, but a blunt toothpick or something similar works too. A small brush to reach under and brush out the dirt - stiff bristles preferable - but a cheap or old tooth brush works too. And soaking them - the sink, a bath, or the pool for example. Also try running water too. And trimming your nails - shorter the nail cuticle, the less space to harbor dirt/grime.How do you getrid of poop underneath your finger nails?

Well ew... I guess just get something like a needle or something and scrape it out, just like dirt. Ugh...
