I think so, but I don't know for sure! It seems like that thin layer of skin right under the nail kinda flakes off as the nail grows.When finger nails grow, does this skin underneath grow out too....?
Yes and no, your skin will always grow and shed cells. The skin under your nails does grow out but not as fast as the rest of your skin on your body
