eat food with more protein
paint them with clear nail polish, it helps to build strong nails and when the nail is strong it grows faster. Also try pushing the cutical back that will help too.
They actually have vitamins at Fred Meyer in the health food section that is for hair, and nail growth. IYou have to take like 4 a day but they work really well. You should go try them.
